“ "No Ramen No life" That's the Michi Ramen Motto. My fav is the Tankatsu Shoyu Ramen They are making it fresh and it's ready pretty quickly. I also love their Kimchi Fried Rice, even though I don't eat rice much anymore. It is just so GOOD! The Etamame is delish, as well. I love to add pickled ginger and they are happy to accommodate and will bring it to your table upon request. The service is on point. They are attentive and always ready to help you. The ambiance is bright and busy. It is not romantic for sure, but if you are looking for fresh tasty Ramen in Henderson, then this is a great spot. My only complaint was that they took those yummy Michi Buns off their menu. In the past we have been lucky to come when they were not so busy. This time it was raining and there was a line of maybe 4 groups waiting ahead of us. We signed in and were still seated in under 15 minutes. Bathrooms and restaurant are always clean and parking is busy but we always find a spot. Check it out when you need to get your Ramen on! ”
“ Went there today with the family. We got some sushi, a tonkatsu ramen, and a black garlic ramen. The sushi was fresh, and the ramen was very tasty. The broth was delicious and comforting. Pictured is the black garlic. I highly recommend it. The service was exceptional as well. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly. We will definitely be back. ”
“ One of the best ramen i ate. All fresh and tasty. Good portion and great customer service. ”
“ Family owned which is great to support. Great service and very nice servers. I had the miso soup which was great and just added a bit of spice, highly recommend! Place is small but very cute and service is fast ”
“ First time here and it did not disappoint!! I got the chicken shoyu and added bok choy. Definitely love spicy so I added some of the chili oil from the table and the chili powder from the table as well. It was delicious. The garlic edamame was excellent don't pass that up. It wasn't packed when we arrived however it filled up quickly as we were eating so we got in right before the dinner rush. Service was quick and I definitely will be returning to try the spicy ramen ”
“ Vegetarian Broth Found this wallet friendly Ramen spot in Henderson yesterday. Michi is reasonably priced and very delicious. The service was quick and pleasant. Vegetable Soup Ramen- the charred Brussels, corn, spinach, bok choy and added spicy was very refreshing. If you like Kimchi the fried rice is worth a try as well. I'll definitely be back! ”
“ Ordered to-go for the NY. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our food. Place is small, fits probably 20-30 people. Food was great. - takoyaki 8/10. I wished there could be more octopus but it was crispy upon the first bite and was flavorful. - kuro black garlic 8/10. The garlic taste was just right. I might get that next time! - honey karaage 9/10. Crispy texture and juicy. - regular karaage 9/10. Crispy yet airy. - wonton ramen 10/10. The wonton: shrimp was a good size and this is the only place I know of that combines wonton & ramen, which I loved! The broth was made perfectly. - regular tonkatsu ramen 8/10. Broth was tasty and the meat was cooked nicely. ”
“ Back again for the Spicy Beef Ramin. This time I ordered it with extra noodles. There's a small up charge, but the noodles are delicious with this broth. The default heat is mild. The beef is tender without too much fat. The vegetables are fresh and tasty. Service is fast and friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. They keep the music with easy listening. A great lunch experience. experience. ”
“ Michi Ramen is a must if you are craving a delicious bowl of ramen! This amazing restaurant made the list of Yelp's Top 50 Eateries in Las Vegas and we knew we had to check it out. The restaurant is located in a small plaza across from a Home Depot with plenty of parking across the restaurant. As soon as you walk in you get greeted by the staff and assigned a table. The restaurants decoration is on point and definitely makes you feel like you are eating in a small ramen spot in Japan. For my first time I decided to start with their Karaage Chicken and a bowl of Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. The chicken was cooked to perfection and definitely the best karaage chicken I've ever had! It comes with this sauce that is not sweet, but also not spicy, I have no idea what it was but it was bomb! The ramen was equally delicious and the broth was amazing. The flavor in the pork was outstanding. If I am ever back in Las Vegas, I'll definitely make sure to come back and support this amazing local restaurant! ”
“ Michi Ramen is located in the same plaza as Home Depot. My husband and I ended up deciding to do take out here for dinner last Sunday. I called in my order for pick up and we ended up getting: Cucumber Crab Meat Salad, $5.75 prior to tax- This salad came in a small container but was the perfect size for the 2 of us. This salad was made with thinly sliced cucumbers and imitation crab with plenty of sesame dressing. I loved the dressing, which reminded me of the Kewpie brand sesame salad dressing. Kuru Ramen Black Garlic Oil, $12.95 prior to tax- My husband ordered this ramen. I liked that the soup was packed separately from the noodles and meat. My husband liked this ramen. I thought the broth had a nice savory flavor, with that flavor of the black garlic. But it wasn't over powering. Karaage Curry Rice, $10.95 (Reg Size)- I opted for curry because I wanted rice and I just love curry in general. This bowl came with quite a large portion of karaage chicken (you can also choose pork as an option). I liked the curry sauce, which there was plenty of and also a a great portion of rice. But I think it would have been better if there were some potato and carrots in the curry to round it a bit better. ----------------------------- (Total= $32.13 after tax) I called around 6:30 pm and was told it would be take 25 minutes and was asked if that was okay. Our food was ready when we picked it up around 7 pm. Service was prompt and friendly. I would consider coming back to Michi Ramen again in the near future. ”
